About Us

Who We Are

Since its inception in 2004, PTSO has been a health center controlled network (HCCN), committed to providing member community health centers (CHCs) with effective healthcare technology services and solutions that enhance patient care and safety while maximizing efficiency. Acquired by OCHIN in 2016, PTSO offers best-in-class technical assistance, software support and more to five member health centers in Washington State.

We understand the challenges faced by safety net providers like no one else. Our members, who serve low-income, under-insured, and uninsured patients, have a strong voice in making sure technology is developed, shared, and used. Through OCHIN, PTSO supports software development, application management, technological infrastructure, project management, and ongoing support.

As a non-profit 509(a)(3) corporation, our collaborative clinical and patient management systems, technological infrastructure, and support result in integrated systems that facilitate informed and comprehensive care delivery.

PTSO gives us access to the IT professionals we need to implement and maintain integrated technology systems at a fraction of the cost of trying to hire them ourselves.
